How do you get from Beach Club to Disney Springs? Is there a direct bus or do we need to take a bus to MK or the transportation center/hub?

Buses to DS run only from resorts. So, yes, there will be a bus from BC to DS.

Yes, typically shared route with other WDW Epcot resorts. Check the signs at DS to see which stand number to wait at.
