Beach Club studio during food & wine?

We are very seriously considering buying at BCV and would primarily want to use it for a studio during food and wine festival. Probably early or mid-October. I am concerned that even with home resort advantage, we may not be able to get it at 11 months and we won't have enough points for a 1 bedroom. If you own at BCV, have you been able to reliably book a studio at 11 months out during f&w?

I should add that our dates might not be flexible, as our vacation time from work is set in November of each year, for the following year, so it is possible that our vacation time would be assigned already before we could call to book for the following October. I would really like to own at BCV, but not sure if it would be worth it if we couldn't stay there for f&w!

I have never had a problem getting Beach Club for my annual Food and Wine trip and I book around 11 months (never been online right at 11 months )

BCV owners booking at 11 months out will be able to book for F&W without difficulty. However, if they wait very long after that availability goes quickly.

I own there and have always gotten a BCV studio during the owners booking time for F&W. BUT this year, I waited until 10 months out, and saw one night become unavailale.....I shortened my stay by that night, wasn't intrested in wait listing. My school schedule became a conflict, that's why I had waited. The night that was unavalilable was a Sunday night in October.
