Beach Club Standard Room- what to request?

One of my DSs has CP and cannot walk long distances. He is also very sensitive to loud noises. Where would you request a room?

That's tough as there is a long way to walk no matter where you stay, depending on where you going. It is a big, meandering hotel. Shoot for where you plan to be the most - by the busses? The Epcot entrance? The pool? Choose one and the others will be longer walks.

As for volume, it is pretty quiet generally but I would think higher is better.
