I was wondering if I could request a view of Epcot? Does this view exist? Anyone ever upgrade to concierge at check-in? Did you pay rack or less? We're booked with the room only code for Sept. and are still not sure about concierge. Is concierge ever discounted? I've read about people getting $50 concierge upgrades at WL, does that ever happen at BC?
Are there 2 slides at SB? Is the slide from the ship really high?
Is there a problem with mugs at BC? Pain to refill? Where can you refill them? How about morning coffee, is there anywhere to get it to go at BC (in mug or not?)

You can request an Epcot view. I believe the Epcot view rooms fall in the standard view catagory. They are located on the far end of the hotel. There are two slides at Stromalong Bay. One is very long and you have to climb up the ship's mast to reach it. The ship also has a very short slide for small children. There are two places to refill the mugs: Beaches and Cream & Hurricane Hannah's. If you refill at Beaches and Cream, it can be a pain. You have to get in the take-out line which can be long. The last time I stayed at BC (2002), there was coffee available in the lobby lounge, Rip Tide. If you have a mug, you can get free refills there. I can't answer your question regarding concierge as I have only experienced it at AKL, not BC.
