Poly is a great choice with your kids that age! I can't imagine you'd regret it. We only have twins, but we've been taking them to Disney since they were babies (now age 13), and I can tell you from our experience staying at a resort like Poly makes all the difference in the world. At Poly, you'll have a guaranteed daybed, the rooms are much larger than POR rooms, the grounds are more compact than POR, you can watch Wishes right from the Poly beach(!), great dining there with Ohana and Kona, TTC is right there for direct access to both Epcot and MK, boat to MK is nice option too, and the list goes on!
