The IPOs were replaced last year with a new service - Disney Signature Services (DSS). It’s effectively the same setup, just a centralized planning service for CL guests and not resort specific.

It’s not surprising to me that you haven’t heard from DSS. Some people do, some don’t... with no apparent pattern.
