Beach Club Experts....Best Way To Make A Room Request?

Hi Everyone
We will be at BC end of July into August. I booked a GV room and want to be as close to lobby/transportation as possible. We stayed years back and had a room right down the hall from the market place....so convenient! I don't think we could have been any closer to lobby. Anyway, I can't remember the room number, but would love it or something similar (of course a free upgrade would be welcome as well! lol) Any advice on when and how to make a request? If I remember correctly the on-line check in really does not provide you with a space for specific requests.

Anyone out there that can help?......Is there a number I should call for the room assigner?

If you look on the Beach Club thread on the resorts page I suspect the number will be in all the information on the first page.
