I just got off the phone with CRO trying to get an AP rate for a December trip. The CM (who was the sweetest, most patient and helpful CM I ever spoke with!!!) gave me a rate for a Deluxe Concierge room at the BC. I initially had a Deluxe Concierge room at the WL booked for that time, but since there were no AP rates available there she found BC for me.

Anyway, my question is, are the BC Deluxe Concierge rooms just like a regular room but larger? Or are they like the WL Deluxe Concierge rooms where there is a separate sitting area that you can close off? The CM seemed to think it's like WL, but I am not seeing that in the description online so I want to double check.

from what i have seem on different web sites (google luxury disney trips) it is like wl deluxe rooms where you have a sitting area. the bc is great you will love it! we stayed cl but had a standard room and it was great, so the deluxe should be even better! have a great trip!

We stayed in a BC Deluxe Room a couple of years ago. The deluxe rooms w/ 2 queen beds and daybed are located overlooking the quiet pool. They are one very large room, we really liked the extra space and oversized balcony. They are not like the WL deluxe room that are actually two separate areas. Let me know if you have any other questions. I know there are also deluxe rooms w/ a king bed, so, if your family has only two people you may get one of those.

Thank you!! We've never stayed at the BC at all so I'm looking forward to it. We've never gotten any kind of deluxe room but now with our 2nd child who goes to bed by 7pm, it gets kinda old just sitting in a dark room, ya know? He's one of those no light, no noise kinda sleepers so sleeping in one room with him is rough.

Hmm, okay, I just read the 2nd post and now I don't know what to do. We'll save money at BC and we've never stayed there, but the separate room is kinda critical with my son.

I did find some pictures online though and there seems to be some kind of door in the room. Of course now I don't know if it's just the balcony door and the photo is taken from there. Let's see if these work.

These are pictures of the King Bed Deluxe room. So, I suppose if you have 4 in your family, but one is under the age of 3 you may be able to request this kind of room? Maybe call Disney to find out. The BC Deluxe room w/ 2 queen beds is one large room. I think the YC junior suite is divided into two areas. Let us know what you find out. :)

Yes, we have 4 people and my son is under 3yo. I guess I'll call and see which room it is. The CM was so nice and helpful (she was searching for rooms for me for over an hour!) so I want to believe her, but we all know that CMs aren't always correct with their info.

IMO, I think it is worth it for you to call back and talk with another agent. I also got a super helpful agent when booking this spring. I am in a Deluxe Garden Wing room at the CR. The agent I talked with was able to pull up a room map for herself and describe it too me. She knew the layout, square footage and the fact that the table sat 4 vs. 2. With the deluxe rooms, you need to be careful and find another DISer who really knows what they are talking about or an agent that will look up floor layouts. Many people describe 1 bedroom villas or suites when you ask about a deluxe room. Sounds like HockeyMomR knows what she is talking about, good luck! :thumbsup2 Marriedmyprince
