We stayed at Beach Club last year. We phoned in our request for a daybed, but when we arrived our room did not have one (I asked before we went up). They were able to change us into a room with a daybed no problem.

So i have my first Beach Club stay coming up! We're very excited. So I have already did the online checkin and i didnt see a daybed request option. We have 3 adults in our room so hopefully they will give us one. So can I just ask for one when i get there? My 12 year old son and 20 year old stepson will not do well sharing a bed lol.

You should call central reservations to have it added to your room requests. They will not automatically give you a daybed unless you have five people in the room. They assign rooms ahead of time, so you would want to be sure to be assigned one before you arrive.

When you say central reservations are you referring to just the main number for disney reservations?

We have 5 in our family and they always give us a room with a day bed.

We were in a garden view CL room (can't recall the number, but it was either the first or second room down the hall to the right of the desks, across from the windows) and did not have a daybed. We requested one on our reservation but also requested a full balcony and got the balcony, which worked out better anyway. The roll away bed they gave us was actually very comfortable. There were five of us.
