Beach Club Congierge- what's it like?

I am planning on returning to WDW the first week of December 2006! We will have an 8, 4 and 2 yo with us. I loved the Beach Club after seeing it this trip and am hoping to stay there. What would we get if we did the Congierge.. It is a big increase in price so would it be worth it? Im starting my savings paln now so tempt me to do it right!!

Wow No one can tell me what conceriege offers? I know there is a Lizard Lounge thread but it is so long! Somebody take pity and answer!
