Beach Club Concierge Lagoon View Room Question

I just booked the Disney's Beach Club Resort - Concierge Lagoon View Room (as per my reservation) for 4 nights. The only request on the reservation is Non-Smoking.
What other options are available to request.
- For example, should I ask for 2 Queen beds, or is that typical.
- How about a full balcony or any other location related issues.
- Does the concierge staff still make contact before the visit.

Anything I am missing?

If you are staying concierge, you can put any additional requests through the pre-planning staff. I think there are something like 22 lagoon view rooms. Of those 12 have full balconies and the other 10 are in the dormer section. These are slightly smaller and have the slightly smaller balconies. I believe standard bedding is 2 queen beds, or 2 queen beds and a daybed. If there is a particular room setup that you'd like, you can request that also. Just let them know what your priority is, a full balcony or a particular bed setup.

This website has a dated map, but it will give you a good idea of how the 5th floor is setup ~ BC Floormap.
