Hey! We are staying at the BC this Labor Day Weekend. Last time we stayed at this resort we had the worst view. It was of a gravel roof . We literally could have climbed over the railing of our balcony and walked around on it. That's all we could see. This time it will be myself, DS (9), DH, and DMIL. First time on the concirge level at this resort and would like any feedback. We've done the concierge at the BWI, YC, and AKL and have enjoyed them all. So far I have not been contacted by them, so I made my own AR's for Yachtsman's Steakhouse and Flying Fish.

Hi , I sure hope someone will respond. We are going to try this level Thanksgiving this year. Have been to Poly in Hawaii building and hope I won't be too disappointed. DH, DS(13), DS(20) and myself love MGM and Epcot so we thought we would try. Any information would be helpfull. Thanks Coacoa

Hey CoaCoa,
Hopefully someone will respond!!!! We've stayed at the YC twice and LOVED it!!!! I would stay there again, but I just want to try all the concierges-I know, it's weird.

stayed at BC concierge last Aug. Sounds like we had the same view, a gravel roof and a partial view of the roadway leading into the BC. This was our first time at BC and our first concierge level at Disney. I liked the fact that drinks and snacks are readily available. My girls loved the pool and since we had concierge we didn't need to buy that refillable mug. We also really enjoyed walking to Epcot. Don't be discouraged by the view, I think you will have a great time, and remember you can always request to have a different view. Good luck!

sorry, forgot to mention that I too made my own ADR's last August, not because they had not contacted me but because we made the reservations at the last minute and just thought it was easier to do myself. The concierge staff did however help me with changing a few around once I arrived. I would contact the concierge staff myself before I waited for them to contact me. I have a ressie at Poly concierge this Aug and I contacted them first, they replied very quickly and sent me a typed out itinerary of all my ADR's. That is nice to have in case something should happen to one of my ADR's, I will have the proof that I have made that ressie! Good luck!

Hi susy:)
While I have no info abt the BC concierge...just wanted to tell you I will be at YC concierge over Labor Day weekend. Glad to hear you loved it over there!!

In June, we stayed Beach Club Concierge. We had a view of the flower gardens and the walkway to the pool. I actually like the Beach Club better than the Poly. (We did a split stay.) They contacted me to make arrangements for me, and made a wonderfully magical birthday for my son. The staff in the entire hotel were friendly from the Concierge desk to Mousekeeping. It was a wonderful experience for us.

The BC 5th floor is basically a mirror image of the YC 5th floor. So if you've been to the YC, just flip it around and change the decor and you've got the BC. We stayed BC CL in April and had garden view booked. We got a pleasant surprise and were upgraded to lagoon view. We had one of the rooms over the back entry to the BC so I really can't comment about any of the other views. I love the Epcot resorts area. I think you'll be happy there.:goodvibes

The concierge staff at the YC/BC often rotate between the two so staff will be similar at both. Food offerings, times, etc. are all pretty close to the same, if not identical. You might want to request a full balcony at the BC as some rooms do not have that. We have stayed at the YC concierge several times and really enjoyed it. We like the location but also like to try other resorts.

We were in BC concierge in April and loved it. Concierges were very helpful getting us last minute reservations--even at Le Cellier. There were different yummy snacks almost all day with coridals and pastries before bedtime. They also had some snacks and beer/wine at happy hour. We loved the convenence of the snacks and the nice large room for TV/relaxing in addition to our hotel room. Enjoy.

Disney has changed the name from "concierge" to "club level," which better reflects the level of service.

Beach Club is the same as the others. Last time I was there you got Andes mint chocolates on your pillow. I guess they couldn't think of anything better beach-like. :)

The lounge is smaller than others, but close to the elevator, so if you get all ready and stop to eat a quickie breakfast before you leave, you don't have to backtrack.

The help desks were always staffed (unlike Boardwalk's) whenever I was there and they are conveniently located outside the lounge, right by the elevators.

Our room looked straight out over the back entrance, with the water and the Boardwalk after that. Sitting on the balcony, I could hear the din from the Boardwalk, but once inside I heard zip.

Like all the other Club Level rooms, you have to get your room key out to get to your group of rooms - at the Beach Club, this is done in the elevator. You have to insert the card before you can press the button.

However, I gave up on WDW "concierge" a long time ago...because it wasn't concierge service. So, I haven't stayed in those rooms for...I dunno, maybe 2 or 3 years and everything could have changed in that time.

Have a great trip!!!!

We had an awesome trip to BC CL in April of '05! The YC, BC, BWI IPO is the best! Go ahead and contact them, just put your name, resie #, and arrival date in the subject line! They work wonders!

I had lots of special surprises creates and bought for DD and DH! Everything was perfect and wonderful! My BF, from SA, came to join us for 3 days, and we were given a roll-away at no charge!:thumbsup2

We had the very last room on the CL, overlooking the gravel roof and delivery area, but we had two balconies and the largest room I have ever stayed in on WDW property!:woohoo:

The lounge is a little smaller than YC CL, but it is still nice. You'll enjoy yourself!
