Beach Club and AKL

My family will be staying a few nights at both the Beach Club and AKL in November. Can anyone tell me if either of these hotels is under construction currently? My wife gets really disappointed when we show up and a Disney hotel is under construction. This happened to us once so I want to prepare if it happens again. Thank you for your help!!

I know the Beach Club/Yacht Club has been replacing the exterior siding over the last few months. When I was at the YC in Aug. I would not have even noticed anything had I not already known it was going on. I wouldn't worry about it.

I got back last week from AKL and there was no constuction going on there.
