Be very leary of Keepsake Floral......

Here we are again.

At this point, they are telling me that they have no record of having ever even RECEIVED the deposit check made to them in the mail. My online billing statements posted that the full amount was debited from my account on January 18th. They're telling me that they will fix it only if it is "their fault." How is it NOT your fault? I am out a $255 deposit that was mailed to your company and it has not been credited. Sorry, but I'm not in the habit of giving $250 away to people.

I would seriously suggest looking elsewhere for bouquet preservation. These people are not worth the hassle. My experience with them has been disappointing to say the least. Customer service? Non existent.
 
So sorry to hear that. Thanks for sharing your experience so others can consider other options. I hate when there is no customer service. How hard is it to try to be nice and helpful? Gee wiz!! How is it not their fault? You have proof the money was taken out! I'd call the better business bureau or something. That is alot of money (well, it would be to me & i am sure it is to you).

I hope it all ends up working out. Keep us up to date!

Thanks for sharing this info. I hope it all works out for you and that you get your money back as it is a lot of money to just be given out to them with nothing in return. How dare them! :mad:
 
Jokes on them, now. I contacted my bank. They have a computer image of the front and back of the check-- with their account and deposit information on the back of the check.

Just got off the phone: The excuse is the updating computer systems. How is that my problem? As far as business practices, not a good idea to take money from people and not credit it to their account.

Unbelievable. Keepsake Floral is a poor, poor reflection on Disney considering how quickly and readily they volunteer the information about them.

Well I hope everything will eventually work out for you. But now I am very worried about myself since I have already sent the deposit and contract form a few weeks ago :worried:

Sorry to hear about this!
You should contact Disney and let them know. . . computer glitches are such a likely story, if computer issues were REALLY going on, they should have caught onto the problem right away! :badpc:
 
Jill - I am sorry to hear you have having so many issues with them. I agree, you should tell Disney about your expereince since Disney gives Keepsake Floral's name to brides.

As the same time, Laura, I wouldn't worry too much. There have been many brides, some who have posted on this board, who have been more than happy with Keepsake's work and the experience of working with them. Make sure you have a record of your deposit, and I would give them a call to make sure they got it as well. Keep Jill's experience in mind, and use it to your advantage.
 
does anyone know of other floral preservation companies? It would be nice to have options. We are moving to FL this summer and getting married at Disney in December. If anyone knows of any companies in FL, any info you can give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys! :goodvibes
