Be Our Guest Timing

I have an 8:35pm res for Be Our Guest, but we really don't want to miss Enchantment. If we check in at say 8:15, what are our chances of getting in earlier? I don't want to have to make a choice between the two! I keep checking relentlessly for a better time. Also, How long does Enchantment last in case we decide to do BOG after?

Even if you check in at 8:15 and get seated right away, I doubt you would be out by 9 to catch Enchantment. Disney dining is slow and honestly you don't want to rush!
Enchantment lasts about 20 minutes, so maybe see if you can snag a later reservation?
