Is it still approx 27 days out???? I was able to log in today and get as far a s picking dates, ( nov 1 - 7th) but then no tables were available.

Any experiences???

Yes it's still 27 days out. Your dates for your trip will show up right now but it will say "no availability" until the 27th day of your intended day!

September 28th is open for BOG FP!

Last night I stayed up until 1am EST (midnight my time) trying to go into the website several times for the September 28th date with no luck. I first got the error -no FP available, choose another date, then I started getting an error that said - sorry for the inconvenience, please go to MK guest services...... so I gave up for the night. This morning when I got up, everything worked perfect and I got the exact time frame I was looking for . I even had to book 2 different FP's since we have 2 rooms and I was able to get the exact time frame for both FP's

So, for all my disboard friends that are waiting for their date, not sure exactly what time the FP dates open but I made mine at 7:30am CST (8:30am EST) and every time frame was available, so no need to wait up all hours of the night waiting for your date to open.

I made our FP's on my phone so I could make a screen shot and it was simple and worked really well. I then went back into the website on my phone and on my laptop and was able to see my FP under the view tab so I'm not sure I needed the the screenshot but I have it just in case

I've heard for some ppl it won't open until the morning and others at 3-4am. I've rarely seen ppl able to book it at midnight. So for everyone I suggest to book as early as 5-6am on your 27th day!

Do your MDE images for your family display on the BOG website when you reach your 27 day eligibility window?
My apologies if this has been asked before. I am at 41 days out and thankfully will be counting down to my 27th day because of this post. I have seen so many glitches in the main MDE website with fast passes disappearing and re-appearing that I wondered about this.
Up til this mysterious 27 day window it is impossible to tell whether there are no reservations available or whether it is just another poorly designed website.

try just overtyping your email address.
That happens to me everytime I try and log in.
I just tab off the first letter of my email address and re-type it and the grey submit button turns green.

Since this website is managed by another company and not by Disney, the avatars are not the same ones that you assigned on your MDE.
If you will go to your "my account" page of the BOG FP website(if you are on a laptop or desktop, it is at the top right hand corner, next to your name) the first option is "avatar and celebrations". Click on the "make changes" button next to it and it lets you add an avatar and a celebration. The avatars are limited and there are only a few but you can add one (it may not match your MDE avatars).

It really is an easy website to use. It offers you 2 time frames at a time and don't forget, if your time choice you are hoping for is not one of the first ones offered, just refresh the screen over and over until the time frame you want is offered. I booked this morning for Sept 28th and was able to book 2 seperate FP's (we have 2 rooms/ressies) for the exact same time window. There is no reason to stay up late to try and book, there are plenty of FPs' (this website isn't as well known as the DW ride FP's). I just looked at the first date of our trip 9/24 and there are still FP's for every time frame.

Oh and I probably should share that I won a trip to Disneyland for 4 so Florida in September and California in December!!! WOO HOO!!!

Thanks so much for the information. I have seen so many issues with the MDE apps on our Ipad, Android phone and desktops with Fastpasses it was really helpful to hear from you about BOG. I feel for the people that just show up at the parks these days with no prior visits or knowledge of what they will be able to do. I am planning our visit with our 4 yr old granddaughter in mind so I really appreciate the help.

Logged in this morning about 9:30 am Central time, got the time I wanted, and date (late lunch on 9/28) I wanted easy peasy! Pre-ordered our meals. Printed out confirmation page just in case and stuck it in the box with our Magic Bands. Glad this thread was here to help me figure all this out!!!

Hoping someone can give me an idea of how long I should allow for the FP line & lunch at Be Our Guest with an 11:10 - 11:40am FP if we get there right at 11:10.

Just trying to get an idea in case I need to re-arrange some of my ride FP's.

This info is from February, but I checked the time stamps on my pictures so I hope the estimate provides you with some useful info.

I had a 11-11:30am Fastpass for BOG. We arrived right before 11am and there was no FP line at all. (The presence of a line may have changed since then - I hope not.)

I have a photo from 11:01 as we entered BOG.

We had pre-ordered our meals and by 11:06 our meals were already delivered.

With eating and spending time looking around at all the rooms, we exited BOG at 11:42am.

So, in our case about 45 minutes.

Based on many posts within this thread, per the IT department, they were told (no personal experience) that this website is not managed by Disney (but we all know that we all get incorrect info from CM's in every department) or possibly Disney has taken it over now, who knows Either way, it is a very easy website to use and it serves it's purpose and I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps my disboard friends.

BobH, I am soooo happy I could provide some info that could help a disboard friends. We are always traveling to Disney with one of our grandkids, this time we will have our middle DGS, our DDnL and our 10 yr old and 7 yr old grandsons and everything revolves around the grandkids
