OK Thanks! I just got a little nervous about them going quickly since they are doing the SB+ for BOG bc of high demand.
In other news, I'm getting the dreaded MDE page (I know the BOG FP site is different) not recognizing my password/email combo this morning. Hope it clears up soon! Don't like not being able to view my stuff!

I can only see dates up to Aug 18th. What am I doing wrong? We're going from 9/8 to 9/13 and will be at the MK on 9/11. How is everyone seeing dates in Sept?. I put in my gmail address and password and then it gives dates up till Aug 18th. Can anyone help? I have my 12 digit resort reservation #. Also, it doesn't say no FP available, just gives me this weeks dates. Thanks!!

So are saying that you are able to request those dates and there is no times available or the days are grey and you may not select the dates?

I would never call anyone a liar. Good luck to everyone. I just got mine for sept 8th.

How did you get this for Sept. 8th? I only see dates up till Aug. 18th. Can you walk me through it to show me what I'm doing wrong. Don't see any Sept dates.

Has anyone had success changing the time of their lunch?

I've got a time booked next Sunday, and would like to move it earlier. I've logged in and requested a new time (plenty available), I confirm that I'd like to make the change...and get a message to go to the MK service center for help. It then dumps my preordered meals.

I've tried moving it without the preordered meals. It allows me to confirm..and when I go back to view, my original time is still there.

At this point, I am assuming I really do still have my original time...otherwise, I have no idea what time I actually have!

For anyone else having the issue where it only shows you dates up until Aug 18 although you are traveling in September...

I just called and they said that unfortunately, since there is no help center for this, there is nothing they can do. They had me clear the history on my computer, go directly to the website instead of clicking the link in the email, etc and nothing worked. It still only shows available times through Aug 18. He said all I can do is wait until I get to the resort when I check in and cross my fingers that there is still open availability and if there is, guest services at the resort may be able to schedule a BOG FP for me. I checked and there are times open for lunch today, so I'm hoping when I check in there will be availability for one of our MK days. Just wanted to share because I know a few others were having this same issue yesterday.

Are you sure? because yesterday a couple of people posted getting times for Sept 8th and I just got several time selections for my date, which is Sept 9th.

I can find the days i want in September, 10th-16th it just tells me there is no available fast pass for any of the dates!

Looks like i will have to go with the waiting in line option instead.

From what I understand (Haven't tried it yet) - you can usually get one of these FP exactly 27 days out. Tomorrow is 27 days out from Sept 10, Friday is 27 days out from the 11th, etc. Maybe try tomorrow? Let us know how you make out!!

I know why it's only picking up August dates, when my trip is Sept. 8th. It's because it's recognizing a trip that I had cancelled with my DDG and DD, not my new trip. How do I delete that and enter my new trip with just my DH? I even put in my new resort reservation 12 digits and still lists my DD and DGD. Then, the submit button is grey. Cannot click on it. I'm not really tech savvy, so I could please use some help. Thanks!!

It is definitely 27 days out from the date you want the FP for-not the first date of your trip. I just got my FP a few days ago-for Sept. 5th. Hope this helps!

Glad you figured out the first part of this. When the system recognizes you from a previous (used or unused) reservation, it will just show you the upcoming week.

My suggestion for getting this to work with your active reservation is to use a new (or different) Disney log in name, so you can associate it with the 12 digit resort reservation number.

THANK YOU! This fixed my problem!! I didn't realize if we had used the system during a previous trip that it would cause this to happen. I used my DH's MDE account info instead and put in our reservation number and it worked! I got my FP for Sept 5th!!!

My only question is, if I set up the BOG FP using my DH's account, but the Magic Bands/resort reservation/tickets are under my MDE account... how is that going to work when we show up to use the FP? They are going to scan our Magic Bands and find nothing, right?

I took a picture of the FP just in case, but I don't know how far that will get me.

It worries me to make a new login...i don't want to complicate things...if this is true I would need a new disney login every time I go...

I have the same question about the new login and the reservation. I will be there by myself so I can't use someone else's login. I would need to have two active logins.
