We recently was abel to secure a last minute ADR and was able to visit the Beast himself for dinner. Here is our review of our dining experience.

Thanks for the review. Like you we have been for lunch and loved it however we are eating here on the 29th for the first time for dinner. I'm a little scared over the size of the dishes. For me they will be fine but I am worried it will be small for my DH. I was advised on another thread that they are big but the pics I've seen they seem small. Are they the same size as any other restaurant or are they smaller?

We found the children's meal small however the adult meals were a fair size. I found the steak I had good and it filled me. My wife;s lamb was a bit on the small size.

The way I look at it, I'm not there 100% for the meal. It was for the experience. Food was okay, not the best and the size was not the largest but overall it was just okay. We still enjoyed out time and are going back in March 2015 for dinner.

The steak was fair. Quite fatty, IMO.

I would agree with the steak being fatty. I prefer my meat more on the lean side but other may like it more fatty.

Just keep checking. I originally booked at 180 days but the reservation was to late so my DH cancelled it, I was not to impressed. I kept looking but after a while decided not to bother then when I hit 3 weeks before my upcoming trip I decided to check and got one for my original day and for 5:10pm. So it is possible with some perseverance. Good luck.

I enjoyed your review AND the photos, thanks for taking time to share with us. I've always wondered what the "grey stuff" looked like, now I know!

We have a dinner reservation for our next trip. Our DD made the reservation and although we are a group of 8, she was only able to get two tables of 4 fifteen minutes apart. She's hoping still to score a table for 8, but if not it's okay. I'm sure we will still enjoy it. The only bad part would to not be able to see our grandchildren meet Beast.

That grilled chicken skewer looked like an appetizer to me though, not an entree so I can see why some may think the meals are small sized. But, you're at Disney so you're not just paying for the food, you're paying for the ambiance. Plus you can always stop at a kiosk or quick service place and get something else if you're still hungry, right?

Isn't the chicken Skewer (Brochette) a Childrens menu item, hence the small size.

I recommend that you speak to the Cast member when checking in to see if they can accommodate a table for 8. They should be able to do something for you.

As for the chicken skewer, that was my son's entree off the kid's menu. Was on the small side for sure so we just grabbed him a snack afterwards. No big deal on our end but others may have an issue with the value.

Why would you not be able to see you grand kids see Beast? If they are dining with you, you should all be able to go see him together as one large group.

Correct! It is off the kids menu. but with that said, it was still very small for a kid's meal.
