Be aware the options on the dining plan have changed

I just booked my package this morning. I had looked at the dining options on Mousesavers and was thrilled. Now I am a little less thrilled. Yes... free is a great price but Le Cellier is now a signature choice and requires two table service credits per person.

The other thing that appear to have changed is that now Downtown Disney has one table service option...that's it. It did have four counter service options and three table service options. (Unless I am reading this wrong...please correct me if I am misinformed.) Oh well, it does say it is subject to change.

LeCellier started out as a signature and then changed. Did you have the latest updated version?

I know that yesterday when I looked at LeCellier it was just one credit, but today it was back up to two credits. We have found that we can eat at LeCellier rather cheaply. All I want is the cheese soup, DD just wants bread and DH gets a hamburger.

Can the Dining plan be used in combination with the Fantasmic dinner @ MGM?

The information on the Disney website gives me hope. The file from the travel agent was less generous. Let's cross our fingers that disney's site is up to date.

This is a semi-hot topic right now. LeCellier use to be 2, but in the dining brochure dated May 2005 it shows LeCellier being 1. If indeed it JUST changed again to 2, that would be new. I tried to check the cast employee site and in the menu it shows 2, but that site is dated 1/2005. In the MYW package info for 4/2005 and the brochure for 5/2005, both list it as 1. The real issue is, did it JUST go up this week? Someone on another thread called dining and was told it's still 1. Time will tell. I have 2 weeks and will need to start making my PS plans for September, so hope this gets sorted out and hope other places don't start to change too. That would really stink if you booked while it's 1, then it changes to 2 before you eat without you knowing....how ugly is that?

Yes, I do think Le Cell went BACK to two options. I just made my ADR's 90 days out for my trip.

I am going to be ANGRY if these meals go to two options..

I hate that they keep changing things. We don't plan to eat at LeCellier this time but make up your mind already. :confused3

I am also going to be extremely angry. I have all my PS's made based on what disney has on its magic your way dining brouchure on disney's web page. I just checked and it is still listed as a one in the brochure. I am hopeful that the disney site is correct as of today.

thanks for the info...

I'm leaving to WDW tomarrow. It looks like I need to print out a new dining guide before I leave.

I printed the MYW Dining Plan Locations about an hour ago (06/04/05 7:00 a.m. MST) and as of that time, LeCellier was 1 Table Service.

It shows H&V available as 1 Table Service, but if I remember correctly from other posts on these boards and another site, it cannot be used for the Fantasmic Dinner Package. I did not see that specified on the plan, but I believe that is what others have been told when they booked.

At DTD, Both Planet Holllywood & Wolfgang Puck Cafe are listed as 1 Table Service each, with the caveat that certain entrees require a surcharge. Cap'n Jack's is listed as 1 Table Service.

I thought the brochure said everything was subject to change, no?
