We had dinning reservations at Cape May Cafe in May. We arrived on time, and my daughter checked in while I used the restroom. When I came out my daughter said they could not find our reservation. I had all our reservation numbers in my billfold, just for this reason. I showed her the number and we were seated without much wait. When I got home, I checked my bank statement and could not figure out what a $50.00 charge was on my card. It said WDW Dine, then a bunch of numbers. We were on the dinning plan, so could not figure it out. I called Disney Billing and they said it was a charge for not showing up for our Cape May reservation. So she looked it up and saw that we were on the dinning plan, and that we did eat there. So they are sending the money back to my account. I never thought about the 10 dollar fee, because we made all of the reservations we booked. So, if you arrive at a reservation and they can not find it, and they seat you, make sure that you are NOT charged for the reservation they could not find.
