BCV - where is check in these days?

Arriving at BCV early afternoon on a weekday. If we don't get the room number and have to check in at the desk, is it in BCV itself or the BC Front desk?

BC front desk, but if you do online check-in, most times you will just get a text that your room is ready...... most times.

I like to do online check in, because sometime we get a text on MDE on the way to our resort that our room is ready. If we don't, I just go to the front desk and ask if our room is ready, sometimes it is........ or we get a room anyways.

Our last time there we checked in @ the BCV desk though it seems to not always be staffed.

Check in at the BC front desk. I asked the person at the BCV desk and he said it is possible for some to check in there, but not all, and it is preferable to check in at the BC, for instance if you have to pick up your MBs they only have those at the main BC front desk. Also, the BCV desk is inconsistently staffed, and only one person, so no one may be there when you arrive, or if you are behind someone with a complex issue you may be waiting a while.
