I am renting my points for two families for a trip in October. They really, REALLY wanted BCV, but that was not available for their dates. I booked them into Boardwalk, and put them on the waitlist for BCV. Originally, I set the waitlist up that they would wait for the entire week.

Now that it is getting close to the 30 day mark, and the waitlist will end, one of the families is pretty desperate for the BCV. I called MS yesterday and they had 2 consecutive nights available for the one bedroom.

I e-mailed my guest, and yes, she is more than will to switch resorts if it gives her even just one night at BCV.

Now, the two families are related. One needs a studio, and the other a one bedroom. The family in the studio would be more than happy to share a two bedroom, but the other family says, "no thank you" to that. LOL

So, if I requested a two bedroom lock-off, I just want to make sure there is no way they are going to check in and be stuck together in a two bedroom. They really need the studio seperate.

I figure, a two bedroom lock off allows them to switch on the same days, if they do end up switching back and forth. Rather than having the studio available on different nights than the one bedroom.

Yes, you are guaranteed to get that room. Having said that, there have been times when something has happened and those with a specific type of room had to be switched (maintenance issues, etc.).

My head hurts just trying to read your post. Are you sure you want to do anything this complicated?
