BCV Studios-can I make location request?

Hi there..just made reservations for our trip in July at BCV in a studio. I didn't make any specific room location requests....but can I? If so we have never stayed here so any suggestions would be great...traveling with my DH and 2 boys..ages 12 & 7...thanks!

You may certainly make a request but they don't have to honor it. We just got back from BCV Tuesday and had all of our requests met. My list was long but I thought it was worth a try. All they could say was "we don't have any of your requests available" and we would have been fine with whatever we got. We requested a dedicated, non-handicapped, 1st floor pool view room. I don't have any suggestions for you because I don't know your likes. This was also our first time at the villas so I'm sure there are many more "experts" that could give you good advice. I know a lot of people like the upper floors that have an Epcot view so they can see the fireworks from their balcony. I believe they call it a "woods" view. There is also an awesome website that shows you a room layout of all of the floors. Unfortunately I don't remember the site. I'm sure someone here on the boards will know. We prefer to address our desires/requests at the time of check-in. It seems more effective to ask for your preferences in person. Maybe just a perception, but that is what we do.

I usually list about 12-15 room numbers when I make the reservation, I've had pretty good luck with it so far. My favorite is pool view, close to single elevator as I always have a car and it's closer to the self parking lot.
