BCV Studio vs. Contemp Jr Suite?

Hi!

My family is starting to book our WDW trip and we have been seeing comparable rates for the Beach Club Villa STUDIO and Contemporary Junior Suites! I know BCV's aren't open yet, but from what pictures and descriptions you ahve heard, which of the two is better? Which is bigger?

Any pics would be great

They are both going for $180 on Expedia!

I don't know anything about the CR suites, but the BCVs will be comparable to Boardwalk Villas or Villas at Wilderness lodge. Here is a link to BCV floorplans . From that page you can also follow a link to a virtual photo album.

hi: the bcv are comparable size-wise to bwv and vwl. i think the studios are somewhere around 360 s/f. the rooms at the contemporary jr. suite may be a bit larger, but i can't help you there; i've only stayed in the regular tower rooms. i think you may want to choose by location as well. if you'll be spending the bulk of your time in the mk, then the contemporary is the way to go. if you will spend a lot of time in epcot or mgm, bcv's location cannot be beat. we stay at the bwv quite a bit and love being able to walk to both epcot and mgm. plus at bcv, you'll have the boardwalk and its restaurants just a short walk around the lake.

What is the jr suite like? How many people do you have in your party?

The BCV seem like a good thing to do now, because they are brand new. Availability may not be so good later on when all of the points are sold & more members are booking.

Another thing you might want to look into is renting points for a studio. Depending on the days of the week & the month you're going, it can be a lot cheaper!
