We're planning on going to the BC again this summer but thinking instead of our usual standard room to go with a studio at BCV. If any of you have done this, were you happy with the studio compared to BC room? Thanks for any replies! :wave2:

the only reason you might prefer the resort room over the villa studio is beds. The room will have 2 queen beds and possibly a daybed, the villa will have one queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa.

Other than that, there is not much difference except the resort is closer to the main building, SAB, etc. But not by much.

Not sure if this is important to you, but the villa will have a kitchenette. Having the fridge and microwave are very useful for us!

It would depend on how many people are in my party. For two I love the studios at BCV. I like having the kitchenette. If we were three or more I'd prefer to be in a standard room for the extra beds. The sleeper-sofa in the studio doesn't look very comfy to me. Mousekeeping is not that important to us, but if you are renting points you'll not get daily service at BCV.

Hope this helps!
