BCV selling out?

Is BCV getting close to selling out? I was informed by our guide that Feb. use year is selling out first and then it moves to March. Is this how the "selling out" process works? They start with Jan. and then move to Feb. and on to March?

Also, does anyone know the current finance charge for a 1 year loan via Disney?

The BCV is approaching sell-out. I don't quite follow what your guide told you about the months selling out in order. That's not how it works. People who purchase add-ons purchase their same Use Year and can cause different Use Years to sell-out sooner than others...no order to the sell-out. An example is a post here about wanting to add-on at Vero. That poster was told that only October remains for sale.

I'm sorry but I'm not up on the current rates.

A CM we spoke with at one of the DVC stands at BWV last week told us that BCV was 90% sold out and that it was projected to sell out by the end of July. The 90% sold part could be accurate, but I do not believe that BCV will sell out by the end of this month. He also said that SSR presales should start by fall.

Talked to my Guide today and she said 90% sold out is accurate and the projection they got this morning was for 3 weeks. Needless to say, I got my small add-on! (which makes #2 for us!)
