BCV Rooms

I am planning on making my first reservations at the BCV. Can anyone tells me the differences there are in the views from the rooms and make any suggestions in what I can request. I am going over 4th of July next year, do mostly all the rooms overlook Epcot?

no - very few - some look on the parking lot, some look on the pool, some look at the BC front.

If you request an Epcot view - you need to ask for FW or WS - WS view have a view of Illuminations - not sure about FW - you also need to be as high as possible - otherwise you will probably see the trees.
