My brother's, sister's and my family are staying at the BWV for the 1st time, for 5 nights starting next Thursday. :cool1: We have two 1-BR villas, and 1 studio, all standard view. I usually make a fax room request--very general, staying within my rate category, especially this time with 3 rooms. I've stayed at BWI several times, one time close to an elevator that groaned and creaked so badly that I could not sleep. I have also heard about the very long hikes to the far rooms at BWV. My question is---does anyone know where I can find a floor plan of the BWV? Not arrangements of individual rooms, but a map of the entire floor--I know this is probably 5 maps to include all 5 floors. I Googled to no avail. Does anyone know where to find this? Thanks, FSK

Just so you know, you are dealing with DVC at the Boardwalk Villas and that makes a difference in room assignment. You can request a certain location but be prepared at check in to be asked what area you would like from what is available at that moment.

Also DVC resorts do not accept faxes.

Standard view rooms have a view of the main drive and parking lot. Some are close to the elevators, some are at the end of the long hallways. Also, there is no guarantee that the three rooms will be close to each other or even on the same floor.

Plus, as Sammie stated, DVC resorts do not accept faxes. You need to have all requests noted on your room reservation.
