I emailed member services with a laundry list of wear and tear issues from our recent stay and questioning if there were any plans to address the issues that we seem to be hearing about more and more; responded via email saying that the BC villas are "scheduled for a refurbishment in 2014".
I know this issue has come up and has been discussed but I had not heard that anything was scheduled, so this is good news.
