I have a question. Can you enter EPCOT through the International Gateway at the 9am opening of EPCOT since WOrld SHowcase isn't open yet? Plus we were thinking of taking an EPCOT tour so we have to be there early before the park opens. Will they let us in through the International gateway?

Yes, the International Gateway opens when the park opens, and you can walk past UK and Canada to get to the Future World.

If you have an early reservation (for a tour, or say, the Princess Breakfast), you just tell the CM standing at the turnstiles, and they will let you in after checking a list.
