BCV or BWV chances of either for studio 7m

Will there be a chance for us to try either villa (studio) for June 25th at booking window of 7 months out for 12 days? any opinions and info is greatly appreciated...... we have booked kindani SV already but would like to try one of these two... Thank you all in advance we are a teacher and teachers aide and 2 kids in school so summer or prime vaca time is the only time...thanks

I think your chances exactly at 7 months out at BWV (preferred view) would be excellent, and good for BCV.

You may get standard view BWV at 7 months out, but I guess it may be from a waiting list. If you had to borrow points to get BWV preferred view, that may not be worth it. If you are planning, I would plan on preferred view, and be very happy if standard view were available!

I agree with Bobbi. I think you have a very good chance of the preferred view at BW, most of the std views are taken earlier. I think you will also have a good chance for BC too.

Yes it would be a preferred view...I have banked points 08 200 and then june use year 09 200 . i would like to see the lake and perhaps fireworks idk..I'm really new at this(DVC) We have stayed at poly, wilderness,ak, and all the moderates...but as reg. guests. My family voted and would love to try beach club or boardwalk(epcot section this time). I'm unsure on which one to try 1st. I'll cal at the exact 7 mos mark for june 25 I think thats nov 25th if I got this all right. Any help from you all I would really appreciate since I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around all this.

Oh and so I don't have to bug anyone for my other ressi, any ideas on the best place to try and stay for Dec 23 09(1 week) I have a DD 14 and DS 9 AKV would be just fine but all the years I have visited I have never gone for a holiday. Thanks for letting me pick all your brains!!

IF you want to see the lake you want Boardwalk View at BWV they are different categories!!!!...so, if you book perferred view and boardwalk view isn't available at the 7 month time, then definitely waitlist. There is no difference between preferred and boardwalk view in points, but the boardwalk view is truly the view preferred by many BWV owners. Often those villas are booked within the 11 -8 month mark.

PS. There are some preferred view villas that face the Village Green and these are very nice to have (you glimpse the lake and BC across the lake), but they are only a request if when you book the Boardwalk view isn't available.

Any input on dec 23 09 for a where to stay for our 1st holiday there. AKV would be fine...just want to know what everyone else likes...I have aDD 14 and DS 9... Thank you all
