BCV or BWV 6/8-6/13 Needed - 1 BR

My wife. my son (9) and I are going to WDW from June 8 thru June 13 and we would like to stay at either the Boardwalk villas or the Beachclub Villas in a 1 bedroom unit. We are willing to pay for the appropriate number of points which (according to the calulator) are 144 at the Beachclub and 114 at the Boardwalk (standard view) and 144 at the Boardwalk (preferred view). Can anybody help with points and reservation information? Thanks.

P.S. I would take a lesser number of days than these five if five are not available. We are going to stay the other two nights in a room at the Swan.
