BCV Only 20 Studios

On an official document I had read somewhere, it said BCV had around 75 2BR units (a few dedicated, most lock off), but only around 20 1BR and around 20 studios. Does that really mean that the 2BR lockoffs can also double as a 1BR and a studio?

78 Dedicated 2 bedroom villas
74 2 bedroom Lock-off villas (they are a combination of studio and 1 bedroom)
20 Dedicated 1 bedroom villas
36 Dedicated Studios

Yes, the 2 bedroom Lock-off units are a combination of a studio and 1 bedroom with an interior door seperating the two. This would be similiar to connecting room in a hotel.
