Hello All!

I'm a huge fan of the beach club / boardwalk area! In fact that's where I always seem to stay when visiting the world. I've been thinking about booking my next trip (Dec 08) at Animal kingdom but not sure... any thoughts, suggestions, ideas? I am a DVC member and would probably book a savannah view room... is it worth it?
Thanks so much!!!

I'm staying at both this summer.

For winter months I do think the boardwalk is a great location, because Epcot stays open the latest. Why not give the AKV a try for just a couple nights (their weekend points are cheaper than BCV:thumbsup2

I would give AKV a try - from the looks of it you go a lot anyway so why not try something different? We had a savanna view room and I thought it was totally worth it but there are plenty of places to view the animals so I guess it depends how particular you are. I always have a fear of looking at a parking lot when I'm on holidays - in fact one time I looked at a brick wall! :rotfl: So I really want to make sure I have the view I want and am willing to pay for it.

Next trip we go I want to rent points and stay at BCV for something different but I did love AKL.

I'm not staying at AKV until Kidani Village opens. I don't care for the layout of the rooms in Jambo House. No separate shower/tub in the one bedroom and larger villas.
