BCV laundry facilities

Hello all. I have a question about laundry facilities at BCV. I’m helping friends plan a DVC stay and they can get a BCV studio. Their only hang up is that there is no in-unit laundry. I told them that it’s no big deal. We’ve never had a problem finding convenient laundry when staying in a studio at SSR or BLT. But, we’ve never stayed at BCV. Any BCV regulars out there who can shed some light on laundry availability/convenience? TIA

There are 2 washers and 2 dryers on the 4th floor in a room that you need to scan your room key.
