BCV Incentive Hotels?

Can anybody post a listing of resorts that are included in the incentive? I mistakenly sent in the listing of available hotels for incentive stay when I sent back my add-on paperwork. All I can remember is the moderates are included.

Standard rooms only ("Room upgrades are not available"). All reservations must be confirmed by 1 June 2003 and completed by 1 July 2003. Blackout dates are:

13 Feb 2003 through 17 Feb 2003
17 Apr 2003 through 21 Apr 2003
