Don't forget if you use magical beginnings to sell back your first year points for $5 each, you will still be paying the $3.70 in dues for them. So it's hardly worth it. If you can't go in the first year, you would be better off banking them or trying to rent them.

The new incentive will be $5 per point given back, but only if you decide to sell back your points for the first year. For Hilton Head and Vero, it will be $10 per point.
