BCV - How far from Boardwalk?

Is the Boardwalk within reasonable walking distance (boat?) from BCV? I've never stayed at either and am starting to plan my first trip home to BCV. Thanks!

It is a 5 - 10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. You can also take the boat which could be the same amount of time or slower depending on how soon a boat gets there!
