DH, DD (2yo) and myself are staying at the BCV next month in a one bedroom. I am very excited because we never stayed in the Epcot area. This is new to me because I usually know the resort I am staying at and where to request. We are looking for a room that has a nice balcony and possibly a nice view for DH and I to enjoy while DD is sound asleep! (fingers crossed) I would like a view of Epcot but I heard it can be very loud outside the room because it is above the service road.
Thanks for your advice!

I think all the Epcot views also have the road view. So you have to weigh the benefits. Personally, I prefer the pool view, so I can watch my husband and son at the pool while I enjoy the room or even watch for the Villagator in the canal. If you think you will be in your room in the evening when Epcot is open and you can enjoy the lights from your room, go for that view.

Just let them know when you make your reservation what view you want, smoking or non-smoking, handicap or nonhandicap. All of these are requests and you may or may not get them. If you didn't make any requests when you made your reservation, just ask when you check in if they have anything that meets your needs and wants.

Even if the balcony is noisy, the room is supposed to be pretty quiet on the road side.

(This is weird because even though I responded, the message didn't show up. So I copied and pasted. We'll see if it shows up this time.)

My DH and I stayed in a 2 bedroom at BCV's. It was on the 4th floor and had a view of the quiet pool. In the evenings, you could see the fireworks from WISHES! We LOVED that room. The quiet pool was straight on from our room and was so serene and beautiful, the lighting at nighth was gorgeous. Our room was very close to the elevators. We originally asked for an EPCOT view, but were VERY pleased with the room we had. SO you could request EPCOT view and then have a second request of quiet pool view- either way you'd be happy. BCV's is a great place to stay! you'll love walking to EPCOT, MGM and the Boardwalk- such fun!!!

Ecpot view will be hard to get. We had a studio which faced the pool/ water way. It was on the fourth floor we were surprise how close we were to the parking lot. Loved our room with a balcony.
BCV also has rooms we past through to get to our rooms. A sitting area room for the kids and a tv.
