What does it cost per point now to add-on at BCV, going through DVC? Are there any incentives to add-on from Disney at BCV?

There are no incentives to add on at BCV. In fact, there is a waiting list to add on there. They only offer incentives for the resorts that are not "sold out" (AKV, BLT, SSR).
