I am staying at BCV in Dec. I have an AP voucher. Will I be able to enter EP from BCV and go to Guest Services to get my AP or do I have to enter from the front of EP? If I have to go in the front is there bus service from BCV? I didn't think there was. Also, can I get my Rewards card at Guest Services where I get my AP? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

You can exchange your voucher and get a rewards card at the international gateway guest services location.

Have they changed that you have to order your rewards card over the phone (or go to DTD)?

Disney Visa Rewards card is ordered from Visa directly (we do it over the phone). You can then transfer your rewards yourself online onto the card. Always watch the expiration dates, however.

:upsidedow I think I'm going to need some visual aids to figure this one out. Perhaps a puppet show. Or a map, can someone draw a map?

;)

You can order it from Chase or pick one up a several locations at WDW. If you pick up a Rewards Card, you have to call Chase to get the points transfered to it. We got one last year at Downtown Disney Guest Services.

Can you then use this Rewards Card (which has a 2 yr. expiration) to load a Disney Gift Card (which never expires) and can also be used for all things Disney including MFs?

EP has a Guest Service window at the back entrance. You can walk from BCV to the entrance. Right before you get to the security check point you'll see a few guest service windows. Depending on the time of day, 1 or more will be open. You can exchange your voucher there for your AP.

Your rewards card can also be given to you at the same window. The number to Chase to transfer you reward dollars is 800-436-7999. Here's the info from the Chase web site in case you want to go to another location to get your AP and rewards card:

Your rewards card, however, I don't know if it can be done at that window. I know it can be done at DTD. I'll try and find out the other locations.
Yes, you can get a rewards card at the international gateway. See my post (#2) above.
