BCV Dedicated 2BR

I reserved a dedicated 2 BR with 2 queens at BCV (day by day) for Thanksgiving. Got confirmation today and all it says is "Two Bedroom." When I calls MS they verified that in the computer it is the dedicated with 2 queens for each day of the reservation. They had no explanation for why the confirmation did not specifically have the DQ designation. They did state that the confirmations are printed elsewhere and they cannot do it from their office.

Has anyone else encountered this?

This isn't exactly what you're asking, but the confirmation I received for our trip this past December just said "Dedicated," yet we ended up receiving two queens in the second bedroom. I was very pleasantly surprised, because I hadn't thought to request it when I made my reservation!

When you got your confirmation that said "dedicated", that ment that it was a dedicated 2 bedroom, not a lock-off. If I remember, the room with 2 queens is a different room code.

I looked at my confirmation for BCV next August and it states "two bedroom dedicated /2Q". Just for your info

This will be our third trip next Nov requesting a dedicated 2 bedroom at the VWL - it just came back with 2 bedroom so I called AND emailed and was told that as long as it's a 2 bedroom and not a lock off, then it was truly a 2 bedroom with 2 Q's in the 2nd room.

Have they changed something recently or just the way it's reading?? I didn't think ALL 2 bedroom's had 2 Q's in the 2nd room?

Oh well, as long as I have those 2 Q's so the three kids can fight....

Anybody else at VWL had this happen lately?

At VWL all Dedicated 2 bedrooms have 2 queens. So it is not a different category as it is at BCV where some dedicated 2 bedrooms have 2 queens and some do not.

I have booked 4 dedicated 2 bedrooms with 2 queens at BCV so far. The first 2 back in May and October of 2003 both said Two Bedroom Dedicated/2Q" on them. The last 2 confirmations for this coming May and October both only say "Two Bedroom" on them. When I called and asked about it the MS CM just kind of shrugged it off and told me that it was probably the way the CM typed it in. I explained to her that I don't think this is field that can be typed in, but she told me it was. So your guess is as good as mine. I have decided to E-mail MS and confirm it in writing so that I can print it out and take it with me.
