I am hoping that there is an inside walkway that connects the BCV to the BC. The map I am looking at shows what I think is just a sidewalk. Maybe it is covered?

It just seems like such a nice resort would have an ability to walk from the check-in to your room without having to go back outside. At PO, you had to go back outside, but that was a moderate resort. FYI...I really did love it though.

As a side question, is SAB easily accesible from the BCV. I mean, is it a quick and easy walk :) Just hoping. Thanks.

You can either go through the Solarium, which in that case would be a very short walk with no covering, or if you go down just a bit further, you can walk the "official walkway to BCV" which is outside, but covered.

One of the complaints many have had is that SAB is too far from the Villas. I really don't think it is that bad. It is a good walk though, you have to go back to the BC, and through the back door and SAB is on your right. There are a few different doors to go through, one that I like is if you sneak behind the BC elevators, you don't have to go through the BC lobby. Its really not that bad, but don't expect it to be right outside your door either.

The BCV are connected to the BC via a covered walkway that ends up right across from the BC store or by an uncovered sidewalk that ends up at the Solarium, a pretty and quiet sitting room between the store and the lobby. The covered walkway is nice if its raining but if the wind is blowing, you could still get wet.

SAB is on the back side of the BC so if you are staying at BCV, you must walk from the villas and through the BC to get to SAB. I don't think its a very long walk but I enjoy walking and I don't have little kids to pack so I might not be a good one to ask.

I like the BCV because they are so quiet. SAB is only about 5 minutes from the villas. Not a hike by any means; probably closer than the furthest BWV room to the elevator. ;)

I think the did a better job with the elevators at BCV too.

We've used the BCV covered walkway in very strong rainstorms, no problem, stayed plenty dry. Automatic doors on both ends, one side of the walkway with a latice wall, and a great entrance area for the villas with a two story entrance and two story breezway, with 2nd floor railing areas and a nice TV room right off the main areas. Large vase of freash flowers at the main entrance, last time we were there. We are very impressed.
