BCV availability

I am hoping to close any day now, and we are hoping to book BCV in the fall. I know most of October (if not all) is booked. Anybody try successfully or unsuccessfully to book BCV anytime in Oct or November recently? We are looking at Nov 12th-19th, which is after F&W so I'm hoping if we get our points next week we will be right inside 7 months, and we might find something.

Anybody who has recently called about November dates? I realize things change daily; if something is available now, I know it might well not be next week. I'm just curious.

Last week I inquired for the second week of Nov and there was nothing open at BCV. That is during Jersey week though and the last week of F&W.

well at the 7 months time for Oct was able to change 3 of my 6 days from BWV to BCV - studio.

so far the other days have not changed.

I figured I'm pretty much out of luck for all of F&W at this point. We are hoping for the week after F&W ends and the week after Jersey week.

I know it's not the same inventory, but last year the week after F&W (and Jersey week) ended (The 13th-20th I think), we were able to book a 2 bedroom with cash just 2 weeks out. The place was very quiet. We also had friends staying at another hotel switch over to BCV mid week and then switch rooms again after 1 day to be closer to us. One staffer told me that the villa's were "maybe 70% full". So, I am sort of holding out hope for that week. It's after F&W, after Jersey week and before Thanksgiving--sort of no mans land (I hope!).

I booked BCV 1 bedroom for 11/12/2011-11/19/2011 this morning. you may have some hope I still need the night of the 20th, but I am hopeful!

I just booked BCV for the week after Jersey week and F&W 2 2BR I wanted 1 lockoff and 1 dedicated but had to do both lockoffs to get all my days. 11/13-11/20

Thanks for the update. I am hoping to hear any moment that we've closed, but it might end up dragging into next week at the rate things are going. Best case scenario, I'm not going to be able to book anything until late next week....the fact that there is still availability gives me hope. But I realize that could change tomorrow. Thanks again!

I booked November 12-14 recently in a studio (still before the 7 months, as I own points there) but am on a waitlist for the 11th.
