BCV Availability June 2015

I'm new to this and will have DVC membership in a few weeks. I want to be ready with my reservation request but have some uncertainty about which date to reserve due to a future DD's work schedule. Sooo... I would like to make a late June, 2015 res @ BCV ASAP( early August, 2014, best case), or is a 2 bedroom at BCV likely to still be available in September or October when her schedule is firmed up? We would still be in the 11-7 month window for home resort.
I'd greatly appreciate the advice/experience of others. I know ASAP is better, but it is still too early.

I don't post about availability because I would be guessing. If any of us had the ability to tell the future, we would be playing the lotto.

Availability changes by the minute and patterns change due to so many variables the best thing to do is just wait and see.

I would feel bad telling you that you won't have a problem booking, have you all excited with plans made, and nothings available when the time comes.

Late September and October is when F&W is. BCV is small and the closest to Epcot so it's very popular especially at those times. You need to book right at 11 months. Studios and 2 bedrooms are the fastest to book up.

I own at BCV primarily to use it during summer months. If you want a full week in June, I would not wait until October to book it.

There are 3 types of 2 bedrooms, so even a wait list is tricky because you can have only 2 wait lists at a time.

My feelings too, Bill. just wanted to check with experienced members' advice. I will be pressing DD for her schedule, at the risk df annoying her. But, hey, she gets a free trip for her family from her parents!
Another question: if I book as soon as I get membership, how would I rebook to August 16 if I have to.

You would cancel and use the points to rebook.

I would book something as soon as I am able to. You can always cancel or modify if you need to drop days. Modify means a call to MS.

Summer is actually an easier time to get DVC. We once got an AKV Club level 1 bedroom at 7 months for late June.
