BCV: any suggestions for studio location?

Hi. Never stayed at these villas before. Have stayed at the resort 3 years ago. I vaguely recall where the villas are but do not know if there is any "better" side or view per se. Any suggestions? I actually wouldn't mind being close to the laundry room either since we only have a studio. Are these on each floor or one floor in particular?

I don't know where the laundry rooms are, but, I, personally, would request a southeast facing room with a full balcony (you may also end up on the first floor with a patio). We had a two-bedroom in this location last year and it was quiet and lovely. You will also be close to the pathway to EP and the main BC building. Other rooms face a road, which apparently, can be noisy or the pool.

The only laundry room is on the 4th floor. The BCV do not have any "outstanding" views like the Boardwalk. for example, does. I would just request generic things you might like for example, higher floor, near elevator, or Pool view etc. I have been all over the resort and I have never had a "bad View". It is best to list one or two request, in the order of their importance to you.
The BCVs run at near capacity all the time. It is very possible that they will not be able to meet your requests. I have gotten the exact opposite of a request one year, and ended up very happy with that Villa, to my surprise.

All Villas at the BCV have either a patio or balcony. I would not waste a request on that. I actually had a Villa near the road and the noise did not bother me at all. I actually enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my coffee early before everyone was up, watching "the World" come to life.
