BCV and BLT trip report!!!!! I'm back!! Figured out pictures :-)

This time tomorrow I'll be in WDW I'm sooooo excited I can't even stand it!

We are going to BCV for only one day (our flights were cheaper to fly in a day earlier and I want my boys to try out Stormalong bay!!). Then we are off to a 1 bdrm Magic Kingdom view. The whole trip we are doing Deluxe dining. I started weight watchers in July and managed to lose 30 lbs! Anyone wanna take the over/under for how much of that weight I'll gain back!?!?!

I'm going to hopefully post a lot of updates because my boys still take naps so I'll have some time! Hopefully post a bunch of pictures! Gosh I'm sooooo EXCITED!!!!!

For our deluxe dining we have ADRs at : Cape May Cafe (where I ordered a custom cake for our 5 year anniversary), 1900 Park Fare (B), Ohana (B & D), Vine and Dine (B), Brown derby (fantasmic package), Kona (B & D), Yak & Yeti, Chef Mickey's (B), Liberty Tree (D), Grand Floridian Cafe (B), Tutto Italia (L), Tony's Square (D), Sci Fi (L), HDDR (D), and finally Cinderella's Royal Table!!!! Oh my soooo excited!!!

Oh yeah we'll also be doing MNSSHP! Oh I can't wait!!!!!

Ok well gotta go finish packing last minute items for our FIRST trip home!!!! Flight leaves PHL bright and early tomorrow morning! Did I mention I CANNOT WAIT!

Awesome!!! I still have (as of today) 74 days to go.

Congratulations on the weight loss, too. You may find that the DDP is too much food, but it's vacation! Splurge! You can go back on WW when you come home.

O M Goodness....please don't tell me that!!! I have a feeling I'll gain weight pretty easily since it's newly loss. Well at least it will be super yummy food while I'm doing it.

I am actually worried about the DxDP being too much food. Before WW I could do App, Entree, desert. I went out this weekend (stopped the diet this weekend instead of tomorrow, I know bad bad me!) and I barely could eat my entree! lol Hopefully DH has A LOT of room in that belly of his!

Have a great time! Looks like a wonderful trip.

I recently lost 30lbs as well. We went to Disney last April when I was in the middle of my weight lost, and... I lost 2lbs while at Disney. Granted, we ate mostly in the room and I walked as much as I could. (It helped that we were there with DSIL who is a bit cheap and wouldn't eat out anywhere.).

Either way, have fun. You can go back on WW when you get home.

You sound like you will be on my dream trip! You are doing 2 of my fav resorts, always wanted to do deluxe dining and going to halloween party. I love BCV and BLT both for different reasons. That is great you are doing both. Your boys will just love stormalong bay! I can't wait to hear the details of your trip, especially your the dining and the party. We are leaving in 2 weeks and just going to BLT and not attending the halloween party. Have an awesome time and look forward to your report!

Ok soooooo remember about a week ago I said I would entertain you all w/ a live trip report???? Yea we had too much fun for me to get on the computer So better late than never I will be giving you a little trip report!

We had such a great time! My husband, 2 DS (4 and 2) and I enjoyed 8 days at BCV and BLT!

First off BCV. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I totally can see more trips there in the future. We were only there for a day and wish we made it for more days!

DSs (well all of us) LOVED Stormalong bay! I didn't think we'd get off that slide!

Ok so we were at SAB all day! This would be what I call the end of DS naps We had a studio and it was available when we arrived!!!! We could see Tower of Terror from our room

Funny (well at least to me) story about Tower of Terror. My DS 4 was able to ride TOT last year but got scared and didn't go. This year we came prepared brought flicker (handy manny) but he didn't need it! We live near Sesame Place, an amusement park for Sesame Street. Well they have a ride called Elmo's World that is a ride "like" TOT only 1/3 of it's size and full of rainbows and sunshine, whereas, TOT...ummmm not so much. Well my DH got the bright idea to tell him it's "like" Elmo's world! Well all trip that's all he called it! People were probably looking at him a bit oddly! lol

Here is a picture I have of Elmo's World. It's the ride in the back left LOL So yeah maybe it's not even 1/3 of TOT

After SAB we decided to get an early lunch at beaches and cream! O M G! We both got the ceaser salad as the app (we're on the deluxe dining)

The boys got carrot sticks

DH had a cheese burger (I think a double but I'm not a 100% sure)

I had the Roast Beef Sub, which was more like a steak sandwich (being from Philly that makes this sandwich just ok )

Boys had hot dogs.

But the ICE CREAM! YUM! I had the No way Jose

DH had Fudge Mud slide!

This is what my peanut butter chocolate loving husband thought of when he saw mine vs his

lol Oh well he still loved his!

DS (4) Loved his Mickey Mouse Sundae.

Our other DS (2) missed the ice cream fun because he passed out at lunch poor baby!

Next up Cape May Cafe and my surprise anniversary cake for DH...well for us!

Whew, I'm glad you posted from BCV. For some reason, I was scared that the internet wasn't working. We leave Saturday for a week at BCV, and the last time I was at WDW, the internet was acting kind of quirky. Save a No Way Jose sundae for us-I'm planning to have one for dinner Saturday night! If you eat ever at BC Marketplace, I'd like to know if they have the premade gelato in the freezer compartment yet, and if so, what kinds. Have a good time!

Actually I'm already home! But I believe DH did use the internet and he didn't make any complaints. You will have a blast at BCV. I think a "whole stay" is going to be in our NEAR future!!!! Absolutely LOVED it there!!!!

Ok what's next.....oh Cape May Cafe!

I wanted to take a lot of pictures of food and stuff to share with you all but having 2 toddlers hindered that!!! Soooo I have no pictures of Cape May Cafe! I thought it was ok. But I'm not a huge seafood fan! The crab legs were very good though!!! My DH who is a huge seafood fan LOVED IT!

Ok so the cake! I order a custom cake for our 5th wedding anniversary! Dh had no clue! The kids were not really behaving well at this meal. Go figure though we were up at 430 in the morning DS2 took a nap but DS4 did not! Dh just wanted to go and I'm thinking to myself NOOOOO lol. Well they pulled their act together thankful and our server came out with this :

It was exactly how I imagined it! It was very yummy! It was vanilla cake w/ chocolate buttercream! IT was very good! It was HUGE but this was the smallest size I could order (10" cake). I was very happy w/ this order.

After Cape May Cafe we saw they were having a campfire! So we decided to join in on the fun!

So our stay at BCV is over next up is BLT!

Here are 2 pictures that are in the lobby of BCV. They are of Cape May, NJ. Which was my mom's favorite place on earth! I believe she actually stayed at the first picture but I'm not too sure. I'll have to ask my dad if he knows.
