BCV 2 bedroom waitlist question

We are staying at the BCV in the fall. I currently have a cash ressie for the first half- in a 2 bedroom with Queen/Sofa bed, and a DVC points ressie for the second half- in a 2 bedroom with 2 queens. I am on the waitlist for the DVC points to be in a 2 bedroom with Queen/sofa bed so I could link the ressies and not have to switch rooms. I would imagine the 2 queens in 2nd room option is the more popular. Does DVC look at switching if opposing waitlists match (someone else has Queen/sofa and wants the 2 Queens), or does the room have to open up entirely? Just wondering what my chances are. Thanks!!
