BC Villa Room Renovations

We’ll be at BC villas in a studio next week & we’re hoping to stay in a refurbished room. Does anyone know which section is complete? Views? Anything we should request? Thank you

I've heard the fifth floor is done and the fourth floor is closed right now for refurbishment (but may be done very soon) floors 1, 2 and 3 are not renovated.
