What is the easiest way to get FROM the BC TO Whispering Canyon Cafe?

Easiest and fastest way is by taxi.

Other than that. I'd say to take the BC bus to the MK, then transfer for the boat to WL.

Or you could walk or take the boat over to the Studios and take a bus from the Studios to WL.

Easiest and fastest is to drive or take a taxi if you don't have a car. If you have to rely on Disney transportation, take the bus to the MK, then the boat to Wilderness Lodge.
